Candle care is one of the most important parts of burning a candle. With all candles you must trim the wick but it is essential for burning wooden wick candles. After each burn trim your wick as low as possible. You can use a solid metal wick trimmer, or simply break off the burnt part of the wick with your fingers and dispose!
